London’s historical Great Western Railway Roundhouse has found new tenants in digital agencies rtraction and ATMOS Marketing. With the restoration efforts of building owner Creative Property Developments Inc., the revamped London Roundhouse will be an office space unlike anything the city has ever seen.
“We are thrilled to be tying our company’s future to London’s past by bringing to life one of its historic buildings.” said David Bilson, President of rtraction. “There is an amazing partnership being formed to bring the iconic Roundhouse to life and we are thrilled to be apart of it. We look forward to creating a remarkable space in the SoHo community.”
The Roundhouse, a historical building with a modern twist, will be an exciting addition to London’s vibrant SoHo neighbourhood and the growing tech corridor along Horton Street. After the renovations are completed in early 2014, the Roundhouse will open its doors to community events and cultural tours like Doors Open London.
In their new space, rtraction and ATMOS Marketing will continue to deliver quality website development and digital marketing services. Most importantly, they will work hard to preserve the original beauty and rich heritage of the site.
“ATMOS is very excited to be a part of this incredible opportunity to revitalize a historical building, while developing the most unique and creative space in London, and hopefully Ontario,” said Larry Lau, Principal of ATMOS Marketing.
