The new position, Industry Leader, AVP Technology and Digital, continues the evolution of Cowan’s support of the technology ecosystem, providing innovative programs for clients, the TechLife® omni-offering to technology start-ups, and the expansion of Cowan’s digital business approach for clients through exploration and support of emerging technologies.
Leon Punambolam has been appointed to the role of Industry Leader, AVP Technology and Digital. He is accountable for developing and driving strategic direction related to the client experience enabled through digital, and providing leadership and guidance to the Cowan Leadership team with a focus on innovation, digital transformation and new sources of revenue growth.
Leon joined Cowan in January 2016, as the Technology Industry Leader. With a thorough knowledge and expertise in technology, financial management, business development, risk management, and sales management, he has subsequently grown Cowan’s footprint in the Technology sector. Leon’s expertise in client partnerships and ability to understand client needs in order to develop innovative solutions to help them meet their goals, will contribute to his success as the Industry Leader, AVP Technology and Digital.
