On Monday, January 28th, Thames Valley District School Board will be hosting an information session about our School Within a School program and we are seeking your input as we develop our Community Within a School initiative.
We have prioritized working with community partners (not for profit, small, medium, & large businesses, government, entrepreneurs, and charities) to create authentic challenges that will engage our students in the world outside of their classrooms and make learning relevant.
Our students are learning in new ways, facing new challenges, and live in a more complex environment than ever before. TVDSB aims to engage students in their current learning and prepare them for the uncertain future they are about to inherit.
Our School Within a School program takes students out of the traditional siloed structures and into teams that work on real world challenges. We need community partners more than ever to collaborate with us and let our students know that their ideas matter.
Meet with us to learn more about School Within a School, our vision for Community Within a School, and help us to define and develop partnerships that are good for our students, teachers, and YOU.

Those who are active in the London community know just how important business owners and entrepreneurs are to our city. In celebration of a fresh start and a coming together of Forest City business owners, we have a special night planned for Londoners.
Women are the backbone of many of our lives, and not surprisingly, several thriving businesses we know and love in London. Come celebrate the successes of the business women & entrepreneurs of London at the Powerhouse Brewery.
There will be food, drinks and of course beer.
Location & Parking Info: Please note that the best way to access the brewery is on the far side of the Kelloggs building. Take Dundas Street one block east of Kellogg Lane, turn right onto Eleanor and then right on King Street (Liquid Air on the corner). The brewery will be straight ahead on King.
