Chantelle Diachina is the founder of Prana Yoga and Wellness, a company that specializes in mindful workplace wellness. In addition to helping people better manage their stress through on-site yoga, mindfulness and meditation classes, Chantelle and her team facilitate various professional development programming on stress recovery and resiliency. Clients include Ingredion Canada, Great-West Life, Western University, CIBC-Mellon, Centurion Properties and Carproof. Outside of Prana, Chantelle runs overnight weekend retreats, is a guided-meditation publisher for the Insight Timer meditation app and enjoys studying with various Indian Master yogis.

Brandon Laan is the founder of Race Roster, an online registration company for endurance events which employees 50 people in London, Ontario. He is a father of twin girls, 2:21 marathoner, and CrossFit fan. Brandon has moved the wellness needle at Race Roster via multiple lunch and learns, activities at lunch, healthy meals, etc.
Megan Cole – Senior Manager of Client Accounts. The Minery
With experience in HR, Project Management and Education, Megan enjoys the collaborative process of working closely with clients to develop successful onboarding plans, training, employee engagement and continuous improvement strategies. Leveraging The Minery’s digital platforms, Imprv and HR4, she has been integral to the on-going development and enhancement of several dealer-facing projects and has successfully worked with automotive clients to excel their growth and improve their operations. On a personal level, Megan is highly involved in local Mental Health advocacy and initiatives and has a passion for fitness, nutrition and great coffee!
Dylan Richardson – HR Generalist, CARPROOF
Dylan Richardson is an HR professional with a Certified Human Resources Professional designation and is a Certified Agile Project Manager with a knack for analytics, employee engagement, and attracting & retaining top talent. Dylan graduated in 2015 with an Honours Bachelors of Commerce from Nipissing University. He has lead companywide initiatives from the formation of the organizations values, to the revitalisation of employee engagement measurement, analytics, and action planning.
Passionate about workplace wellness, CARPROOF has a Mental Health Committee and a Health & Wellness Committee. These committees work to reduce mental health stigma, promote work-life balance, encourage fitness and healthy eating, and to teach best practices on living a healthy lifestyle.
In his spare time, Dylan is currently serving on the Board of Directors for WAYS Mental Health Support, and has started a venture in the realm of real estate investment
