Hey #ldnont,
I am thrilled to be returning to London as TechAlliance’s Business Analyst for Youth! On top of the standard responsibilities of the Business Services team, such as coaching entrepreneurs, I also have the privilege of leading collaborations with Propel at Western and Leap Junction at Fanshawe. I see this as an opportunity to come back to the city I fell in love with, and do great work with great people. To all the great people in #ldnont, I can’t wait to meet and work with you!
A bit about me.
I am an avid learner and thinker, and I love a good challenge. After graduating with my HBA from Ivey Business School, I moved to Toronto to build out a Talent Management system for a youth-focused not-for-profit, AIESEC. I coached five of our top performing branches across Canada, ran 11 national Learning & Development conferences and created a full HR toolbox. Before AIESEC, I worked as a Strategy Analyst at a growing tech SME, optimizing call centre operations and building out a vertical expansion strategy. Two of my passions in work are Learning & Development, and intrapreneurship. I love taking things that aren’t working and making them work better, and taking things that are working and making them work even better. Outside of work I spend most of my time cooking, eating, hitting the gym, and building out my sound system and record collection.
I am stoked to start collaborating with all the young movers and shakers in London to help get their businesses off the ground, and to make their businesses even better. See you all soon!
Morgan
