I am a dedicated and self-motivated person with strong leadership, interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively as well as outstanding skills creating and developing business relationship strategies. I have more than 17 years of international and multicultural experience in Human Resources and an extensive background in developing social and professional networks, delivering results in a collaborative work environment and finding solutions that address the needs of a wide variety of stakeholders.

As a professional leader, skilled in strategic thinking and good judgement providing services to assist multicultural and diverse groups effectively. I am currently responsible to lead Immploy connecting employers with immigrant talent to foster economic prosperity in Southwestern Ontario area. I am responsible for the development, delivery and management of all staff, activities and reporting requirements of Immploy and its affiliated programs and services.
