Our product, Fusion helps facility operators and front-line staff manage their recreation facilities. From membership management through to checking out equipment and controlling access to various facilities, Fusion is involved in each and everyone of these processes. Fusion is an all-in-one solution that includes a full suite of point-of-sale, reporting and communication tools. Additionally, Fusion’s online member portal is used by clients to offer course registrations, guest pass sales and facility bookings -all from the convenience of their web browser or mobile device. Fusion is used by Campus Recreation Centres, Municipalities and Aquatic Centres throughout Canada, the United States and Europe.

Brian Foster, Chief Executive Officer

Brian Foster has a diversified background in information technology and sales. Before starting InnoSoft, Mr. Foster was the CEO of BNW Software Inc; a London-based technology company that specialized in recreational management software. Brian successfully guided BNW’s significant growth cumulating in the acquisition of BNW Software by a US publicly traded company in 2004. He has worked for more than 15 years in information technology, including The University of Western Ontario, in various management roles. Brian leads the company from the London office and is involved in several other entrepreneurial ventures in the London and surrounding area.

Jeff Berg, Chief Technology Officer

Jeff Berg is an entrepreneur and technology consultant. Jeff’s specialties include system design, user interface design and the management and troubleshooting of Microsoft based systems. Jeff has in depth experience with internationally deployed client-server applications and e-commerce web applications. Prior to co-founding InnoSoft, Jeff was co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of BNW Software Inc., a privately held software vendor specializing in recreation management systems, which was acquired by Kintera, Inc. (Nasdaq:KNTA) in 2004. Jeff leads the development team out of Waterloo.

Company Culture

Led by CEO Brian Foster and CTO Jeff Berg, InnoSoft has grown from 4 employees in 2006 to 40 in 2017. The organization has two offices in London and Waterloo. Our London office includes our software support, sales, project management, onboarding and finance teams. Our software development team is located in Waterloo.

Our team is close knit, with a work hard-play hard mentality. We have had annual conferences in Chicago (2013), Blue Mountain (2014 & 2016), New York (2015) and Niagara-on-the-Lake (2017), to celebrate our success and to plan and strategize for the future.
