Sean Odell – President
Sean has 18 years senior leadership experience in business strategy, digital products, organizational design, process development, and branding. From building an internal design agency as Director of Customer Experience at Great-West Life, to developing innovative marketing strategies in collaboration with global consulting firms – Sean approaches challenges from a variety of creative perspectives to align strategy with an engaging, clear vision and the team culture necessary to deliver it. He is also proud to sit on the Communication, Education & Technology Committee for the Thames Valley Children’s Centre.
Ashley Keller – Vice-President, Strategy
Ashley has over 12 years experience in leadership roles for digital strategy, innovation, user research, product development and marketing in both enterprise and agency environments for a variety of global organizations. From designing delightful customer experiences to innovating in the digital space, Ashley excels at driving projects forward to achieve business outcomes, while facilitating productive and collaborative team activities. She has taught design principals at Fanshawe College and is also proud to be the co-founder of Ladies that UX London, Ontario.
