About Quantum RBS
We provide a fully-automated, 100% Canada managed, offsite cloud backup with unsurpassed data recovery. Client focused and reliability driven have been successful in maintaining more than a 95% client service satisfaction rate for long-term, bloodline business protection.
What is your role and what is your favorite part of your job?
As President & CEO, I also manage all the client and partner service negotiations, sales and on-boarding process. My favorite part is providing a solution that almost always exceeds new member expectations. My favorite part is when a client conducts a data restore for the first time and they are in awe of the experience.
If you could have coffee with any business leader or industry expert, who would you choose, and why?
I would enjoy meeting Bill Gates for coffee to learn what motivated him to develop the technology arena to the degree he has succeeded, and to shake his hand to congratulate him on his charitable work.
What is the #1 business book/blog/website you would recommend?
LinkedIn is the best place to connect with our industry and stay “in the know” on current trends in cloud computing, and to find interesting and informative posts.
We also have a blog at wpblog.qrbs.ca where we educate, inform and share interesting content about industry challenges for our readers
Looking at your company’s future, what are you most enthusiastic about?
We are most excited about growth, to reach our 10th year anniversary in June 2015, and continuing to maintain our high client service satisfaction. Most of our clients throughout Canada have been the result of word of mouth referrals. Without our clients we would not be were we are today.
What excites you most about the local tech community?
Getting to know my neighbours better and to understand their challenges.
What causes or community activities is your company involved in?
Kid and Cops, Serenity Hospice and Canadian Chamber Affinity Partnership.
