1. What is your role and what is your favourite part of your job?
I am the CEO of Race Roster. My favourite part of the job is working with the bright, young talent in our city. Race Roster’s success is a result of the diverse personalities from sales & support to developers to designers working together.
2. If you could have coffee with any business leader or industry expert, who would you choose, and why?
Gary Vaynerchuk. He is a person that understands marketing in the now and communicates candidly.
3. What is the #1 business book/blog/website you would recommend?
For Entrepreneurs is a blog by David Skok. It stands out by providing deep insight on sales and marketing challenges alongside case studies of real companies.
4. Looking at your company’s future, what are you most enthusiastic about?
The endurance industry is on the cusp of a generational shift. Young race directors are embracing technology and changing the way races are organized. Race Roster is on the leading edge of this shift and we’re most enthusiastic about helping race directors navigate this changing landscape.
5. What excites you most about the local tech community?
The growth! London has new and exciting technology companies starting every year. We have the right mix of education, talent and livability to be a creative city.
6. What causes or community activities is your company involved in?
We actively support Bethany’s Hope by volunteering at Rock the Park and fundraising through our annual road race ‘Rock the Road 10k’.
