We work with organizations of 1 to 1,000,000 with how beliefs impact the mindsets, performance, and culture of organizations. We work through formalised assessment, curriculum, and application coaching to align cultures and accelerate performance.
What is your role and what is your favorite part of your job?
I work directly with organizations, and I love seeing the impact of the shift in culture- from the increased energy, reduction in sick calls, and improvement of performance. It makes my day when I have people tell me the tools we use has changed their lives not only professionally, but personally.
If you could have coffee with any business leader or industry expert, who would you choose, and why?
John Kotter – So much of what we know about organizational change comes from this brilliant man, and it is delivered in such an approachable way.

Seeing what potential we help organizations ignite, and how that will shape our region.
What excites you most about the local tech community?
There are so many exciting things happening, and that will soon happen – we can’t even anticipate them. The next decade will be filled with so much change, I’m excited to see what we create next!
What causes or community activities is your company involved in?
Mentorship is very important to us – both in a business and a personal setting. Because of that, we give a lot of time to the United Way, and Big Brothers Big Sisters of London and Area.
