Kyle Macdonald, the CEO of Phoenix Interactive Design, recently won big in the RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur Awards. MacDonald won the RBC Momentum award. This is the second time MacDonald has been honoured by RBC, as she first won an RBC Canadian Women Entrepreneur award in 2006. MacDonald was one of 4,000 women entrepreneurs nominated from across Canada this year.
