In partnership with TechAlliance, The Revenue U will be offering their unique sales and revenue generation training program specifically designed for entrepreneurs by entrepreneurs. This program will equip growing companies to generate repeatable revenue.

The Revenue U was founded by entrepreneurs and venture capitalists who know, first hand, what it takes to make a company successful as well as the pitfalls and challenges facing all founding teams. The Revenue U instructors are all entrepreneurs who have walked in your shoes and continue to operate successful businesses today.

This 18-week program is divided across two parts, each one tailored to give participants the skills, technology and strategy required to build a world-class sales organization along with the weekly experiential coaching required to put those skills and strategies to work.

Part 1

 

January 8-February 12, 2019

Weekly on Tuesdays from 4-6pm

 

In this six-week proven sales program, participants will learn how to develop a sales pipeline and generate revenue in an interactive classroom setting. Sessions will focus on how to handle objections, successfully close a deal and forecast sales. The curriculum is designed and consistently updated by some of Canada’s most successful Venture Capitalists and Business owners.

Participants will leave this part of the course with an understanding of how to develop a pipeline and generate revenue, in addition to learning how to:

  • Get a meeting with a prospect
  • Structure initial prospect meetings
  • Understand your prospects needs through their eyes
  • Calculate your solutions ROI
  • Handle objections
  • Close a sale
  • Improve your forecasting

Part 2

 

February 19-May 7, 2019

One hour weekly on Tuesday afternoons

 

This portion of the course is an aggressive twelve- week program where participants use the sales process developed in Part 1 to grow revenue and participants will be accountable for meeting dollar value goals and leads. This portion of the course will be led by an experienced sales professional, acting as your coach and sales manager.

Participants will leave this portion of the course with the skill set required to:

  • Simulate a typical sales meeting
  • Set and measure new leads
  • Measure progression of leads
  • Manage your company funnel
  • Measure secured revenue
  • Close a customer

Cost: $1,250

(Total cost per company is $2,500 but 50% of the registration cost is being subsidized by TechAlliance)

 

Only 10 companies will have the opportunity to participate in this cohort. Participating companies can send up to two representatives per registration.
